FAB Identity Design

They are introducing the FAB Team. The FAB is a top-level talent, Field-based Advisory Board designed to accelerate GROWTH of the BCS business. Each region will have a FAB, enabling local knowledge and focus. Systematize global market discovery, insights process to enable global commercial insights across stakeholders: 1. FAB: Formalize Global Field Advisory Boards of top field talent utilized consistently for ideation, stress-testing. 2. MAB: Organize Regional Medical Advisory Boards to track clinical trends, opportunities that advise strategy, execution. 3. SAB: Create, manage Strategic Advisory Boards of industry leadership to shape, prioritize growth opportunities. The assignment was to design an engaging identity system with tactics that would excite employees and give them an easy-to-use tool for each region.
